About this deal

Trying to find her place among jocks, mathletes and other subcultures, Cady crosses the meanest species of all - the Queen Bee, aka the cool and calculating Regina (Ratchel McAdams), leader of the school's most fashionable clique, The Plastics. There is occasional use of discriminatory terms, including 'retarded' and 'dyke', and a single use of 'ni**a'.

Co-starring and written by Tina Fey, and featuring Amanda Seyfried, Lacey Chabert, Lizzy Caplan, Daniel Franzese and Amy Poehler, Mean Girls is nothing short of a pop culture phenomenon and an iconic classic. Cady, who in the meantime has become friends with punky misfits Janis and Damian, starts to get close to the 'mean girls', initially out of curiosity - but it isn't long before she's enjoying the buzz of being one of the most popular girls in the school. Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). Instead of just warming over a bunch of clips from the flick, Mean Girls' ad campaign piles on some clever wraparounds and new footage. The sound design in Mean Girls is a little more aggressive than you might expect; I mean, there's a full-fledged riot at one point, not to mention a couple of cafeteria-meets-African jungle fantasies with gaggles of sophomores screaming and squawking.Mean Girls is really sharp, smart, and devastatingly funny, and it stands out as one of the better teen movies from the past five years and change. Regina and her insecure, double-digit-IQ hangers-on (Amanda Seyfried and Lacey Chabert) are intrigued enough by Cady to offer her a spot at their table. There she meets Janis (Caplan) and Damian (Franzese), who warn her to stay away from the Plastics: the A-list, beautiful group led by Regina George (McAdams). com is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Pay4Later Limited, trading as Deko, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 728646). Y'know, get someone on in the inside who could flip the Plastics over and expose their taut, well-toned, but vulnerable little underbellies.

Seasoned nitpickers will still be able to tell that Mean Girls is a lower-budget catalog title minted from a master that's a few years old now -- the image is very lightly speckled, kind of grainy, and just the slightest bit softer than usual -- but all of that's easily shrugged off. This group of alpha females, led by 'professional life-ruiner' Regina George (Rachel McAdams), is initially contemptuous of Cady but then accepts her as a new member.

There is also moderate innuendo, such as when a male student asks a female classmate 'Is your muffin buttered?Cady's own claws soon come out as she leaps into a hilarious "Girl World" war that has the whole school running for cover. I'll probably look back at this somewhere down the line and wish I'd hammered out a better comparison, but my kneejerk reaction is that Mean Girls is an awful lot like a Lily Allen song: cute and bubbly on the outside, sure, but there's a fanged sense of humor and an almost subversive wit lurking underneath. even Regina, although you might not know it by just how waist-deep into Raging Bitch mode Rachel McAdams is willing to wade.
