hello, if it is single flush you could change the discharge piston 43544, if it is dual flush you need a new flush valve 42774. If your cistern is continually leaking into the pan you could try replacing the Grohe DAL discharge piston (43544 000) as this mostly solves the issue. I have replaced the piston seals (43808) to try to cure a continuous trickle of water into the toilet bowl but this has not worked.
